Percent compliance with developing a Fire Operations Center Plan that meets the standards set forth by FEMA and utilizes the National Interagency Incident Management System. 100 100      
Percent compliance with establishing a FOC in a pre-designated location that will lend itself to 24-hour operations; support 800 MHz, VHF, landline, and cellular communication systems; mapping; IMS charting; CAD; video links; wireless computer systems; and have food service and sanitation capabilities. 40 40

What does this measure tell us?

         

This measure tells us whether or not the District has prepared a formal Fire Operations Center that will enable its personnel to effectively manage the deployment of emergency assets after a major disaster, either human caused or naturally caused.
