What does this measure tell us?

         

This measure helps assure that the District is maintaining its facilities and ancillary equipment in a manner consistent with excellent management practices.  It also assures that our fire station facilities are in compliance with state requirements.  Furthermore, this program enables the District to control costs by exploring effective partnerships, energy conservation practices, and preventing duplication of effort.

Develop and Maintain an Effective Service Delivery System. 

An excellent Facilities Management Program is an essential component in our ability to provide an effective service delivery system.  Our facilities and fixed assets must be maintained in a manner that supports our members’ ability to extend excellent service to our customers.
