What does this measure tell us?

Through our efforts to perform annual fire hydrant maintenance and flow testing, we can be assured that the hydrants will likely perform effectively and deliver the required fire flow in the event of a fire emergency.  This action also provides for increased familiarity of hydrant locations to our members.
