What does this measure tell us?

 

A Comprehensive Fire Lieutenant (Probationary) Training and Evaluation Plan will ensure that the District’s Lieutenants (Probationary) are identified, trained and qualified for Fire Lieutenant (2nd Year) promotion, enabling the District to meet the labor contract, department standards, IFSAC requirements and NFPA guidelines.
