What does this measure tell us?

A comprehensive CBT Training Plan will ensure that all EMT Personnel are receiving required continuing educational training as mandated by WAC 246-976-161 - Educational Requirements for Certification and WAC 246.976.171 - Recertification.

Goal being measured:

Develop and Maintain an Effective Training & Safety Program.

Emergency medical criteria-based training (CBT) is an important component of the District’s overall training program.  This program will help assure our human resources receive on-going medical training in accordance with state licensing standards, which will ultimately improve field performance resulting in improved patient outcomes.
