Percent compliance with establishing and maintaining a computerized Facility, Apparatus & Equipment Asset Management Program.  100        
Percent compliance with training members on all procedural components of the program to include: how to submit new items, changes in asset location, removal of assets from inventory; and equipment retirement procedures. 50        
Percent compliance with assuring all facility, apparatus and equipment assets are marked with inventory control numbers as required by government accounting practices.  75        
Percent compliance with producing an accurate Annual Inventory Report of fixed and non-fixed assets as required by the Washington State Auditor’s Office. 75

What does this measure tell us?

         

This measure tells us whether or not we have established and are maintaining an accurate account of all applicable facility and apparatus assets as set forth by the requirements of the Washington State Auditors Office.

Goal being measured:

         

To Have a Sound Financial Plan. 

         

An effective Facility & Apparatus Inventory Control Program helps assure the District is acquiring, maintaining, and providing loss-prevention accountability in an effort to contribute to the overall financial stability of our organization.
