Percent compliance with conducting an annual strategic needs assessment to determine how the District’s resources can best be utilized to meet and reflect the overall mission of the organization. 50        
Percent compliance with developing and implementing the Vision 2010 Performance Measures & Target Outcomes Program as a mechanism to place the District’s Strategic Plan into action. 100        
Percent compliance with performing a quarterly review and update of the Vision 2010 Performance Measures & Target Outcomes to identify current and future needs associated with District sustainability. 50

What does this measure tell us?

         

This measure helps assure the District is continually assessing its strategic needs and performance measures in order to meet the overall mission of the organization while providing the highest level of service to the community.
