Fire District 7 crews responded to 14 calls including 12 medical aid, one motor vehicle collision and one automatic fire alarm.  

December 15
Fire District 7 crews responded to 14 calls including eight medical aid, three automatic fire alarms, one fire, one illegal burn and one mutual aid. Firefighters were dispatched to a residential fire alarm in the 17600 block of 24th Ave SE at 9:20 pm. Crews found a small charred area in an upstairs bathroom and ensured the fire was extinguished.The fire was likely caused by a discarded cigarette.

Fire District 7 crews responded to nine calls including five medical aid, two motor vehicle collisions, one automatic fire alarm and one mutual aid.  

December 13
Fire District 7 crews responded to 11 calls including nine medical aid, one fire and one motor vehicle collision. At 5:50 pm firefighters responded to a motor vehicle collision blocking a southbound lane in the 18600 block of SR 527.  Firefighters evaluated two patients and transported one patient to Evergreen Hospital. 

December 12
Fire District 7 crews responded to 10 calls including five medical aid, two motor vehicle collisions, two mutual aid and one illegal burn. Firefighters were dispatched to an illegal burn in the 6600 block of 180th St SE at 12:38 pm.  Firefighters explained the burning regulations in Fire District 7 and had the homeowner extinguish the fire. 

December 11
Fire District 7 crews responded to 12 calls including four medical aid, four mutual aid, one motor vehicle collision, one natural gas leak, one carbon monoxide alarm and one service call. At 3:16pm firefighters responded to the 21200 block of 91st Ave SE where a vehicle struck the guardrail.  Firefighters evaluated five patients and transported two patients to Providence Everett Medical Center’s Colby Campus.

Fire District 7 crews responded to 10 calls including eight medical aid, one fire and one natural gas leak.

December 8
Fire District 7 crews responded to 14 calls including seven medical aid, three motor vehicle collisions, two mutual aid, one fire and one automatic fire alarm. At 6:02 pm firefighters responded to a house fire in the 19900 block of Welch Road.  Upon arrival, firefighters found smoke and flames coming from one side of a single-story house.  Firefighters ventilated the house from the roof and extinguished the fire.  The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.  No one was injured in the fire.

Fire District 7 crews responded to 19 calls including 11 medical aid, three motor vehicle collisions, two fires, two automatic fire alarms and one mutual aid. Firefighters were dispatched to a vehicle fire in the Costco parking lot in the 24000 block of Snohomish-Woodinville Road at 12:59 pm.  Firefighters protected several nearby vehicles and were able to quickly extinguish the fire, containing the damage to the engine compartment.

Fire District 7 crews responded to 22 calls including 15 medical aid, two motor vehicle collisions, one fire, one tree into wires, one natural gas leak, one automatic fire alarm and one mutual aid.

December 3
Fire District 7 crews responded to 32 calls including 14 medical aid, seven flood-related incidents, four mutual aid, two motor vehicle collisions, one Hazardous Materials incident, one fire, one automatic fire alarm, one downed power line and one odor investigation. At 7:36 pm firefighters responded to a hazardous material call involving a semi trailer that partially rolled over into a ditch in the 24000 block of 47th Ave SE.  Firefighters quickly sealed off the area and secured the vehicle.  HazMat team members then checked the cargo area for any leaks or hazards and tested the air quality.   Firefighters found no release of hazardous materials content.

Fire District 7 crews responded to 12 calls including seven medical aid, four motor vehicle collisions and one mutual aid. At 5:11 pm firefighters responded to a motor vehicle collision in the 10800 block of Downes Road.  Firefighters evaluated four patients and transported two patients to Valley General Hospital.

November 30
Fire District 7 crews responded to eight calls including three medical aid, two fires, one motor vehicle collision, one automatic fire alarm and one service call. Firefighters were dispatched to a fire involving a detached garage in the 7200 block of 197th St SE.  Firefighters extinguished the fire which completely destroyed the garage and a motor home inside.  Damages are estimated at $30,000.  The fire was believed to be caused by portable heating equipment inside the garage.

Fire District 7 crews responded to 12 calls including six medical aid, two automatic fire alarms, one carbon monoxide alarm, one downed power line, one fuel spill and one possible aircraft crash.

Fire District 7 crews responded to nine calls including six medical aid, one motor vehicle collision, one false fire alarm pull and one automatic fire alarm. At 2:12 pm firefighters responded to a motor vehicle collision blocking the intersection of 153rd St SE and SR 527.  Firefighters extricated one patient and transported four patients to Providence Everett Medical Center’s Colby Campus.

Firefighters were dispatched to a motor vehicle collision involving a pedestrian in the 18300 block of 51st Ave SE at 12:39 pm.  Firefighters treated and transported one patient to Providence Everett Medical Center’s Colby Campus.

Fire District 7 crews responded to nine calls including five medical aid, two motor vehicle collisions, one fire and one service call. At 6:42 pm firefighters responded to the 18900 block of SR 527 for a dumpster fire and extinguished a small fire contained inside.

November 22
Fire District 7 crews responded to 12 calls including nine medical aid, two fires and one mutual aid. Firefighters were dispatched to a chimney fire in the 19900 block of 80th Ave SE at 11:15 am.  Crews removed a blockage in the chimney and ensured the fire in a woodstove was extinguished.  Firefighters reminded the homeowner to have the chimney professionally inspected and cleaned at least once a year.

 Fire District 7 crews responded to nine calls including seven medical aid, one illegal burn and one service call.  Firefighters were dispatched to an illegal burn in the 12100 block of 202 St SE at 8:52pm.  Firefighters explained the burning regulations in Fire District 7 to the occupant of the home and ensured the fire was extinguished.

Fire District 7 crews responded to 14 calls including nine medical aid, two fires, two mutual aid and one service call.  Firefighters were dispatched to a dumpster fire in the 15400 block of Mill Creek Blvd at 6:25pm.  Firefighters found smoke coming from one of several dumpsters in the area and extinguished a small smoldering fire.

Fire District 7 crews responded to 17 calls including 10 medical aid, three downed power lines, two motor vehicle collisions, one fire and one mutual aid.  At 1:41pm firefighters responded to a motor vehicle collision blocking the intersection of Trillium Blvd and SR 527.  Firefighters extricated one patient from a vehicle and transported two patients to Providence Everett Medical Center’s Colby Campus.

Firefighters were dispatched to the 16100 block of Sunset Road at 10:54 am where a vehicle left the roadway and struck a fire hydrant.  Firefighters evaluated two patients and transported one patient to Evergreen Hospital.

Fire District 7 crews responded to 13 calls including eight medical aid, three motor vehicle collisions, one fire and one mutual aid.  Firefighters were dispatched to a three-car motor vehicle collision in the intersection of Trillium Blvd. and SR 527 at 6:50am.  Firefighters evaluated two patients and extricated one of the patients from a vehicle.  One patient was transported to Providence Everett Medical Center’s Colby Campus.

At 9:39pm firefighters responded to the 20200 block of 80th Ave SE for a fire involving a tree stump in front of a residence.  Firefighters extinguished the fire.  The cause of the fire is under investigation.

Firefighters responded to the 16400 block of Mill Creek Blvd. at 8:42 pm where a bicyclist had been struck by a vehicle while crossing the intersection.  The bicyclist was not wearing a helmet.  Firefighters treated and transported one patient to Providence Everett Medical Center’s Colby Campus.

September 21
Fire District 7 crews responded to 19 calls including eight medical aid, six mutual aid, two motor vehicle collisions, one fire, one service call and one automatic fire alarm. At 8:31 am firefighters were dispatched to the 2500 block of 143rd Pl SE for a residential structure fire involving an attached garage.  Firefighters ensured the fire was extinguished and treated one person for smoke inhalation.  Damages from the fire are estimated at $10,000.  It is believed the fire was caused by a propane cylinder with an open valve that was placed too closely to a natural gas furnace pilot light.

Firefighters responded to a three car motor vehicle collision at the intersection of 176th St SE and SR9 at 9:01 am.  Firefighters evaluated four patients and transported one patient to Evergreen Hospital.

At 5:09 pm firefighters were dispatched to a motor vehicle collision involving three cars in the 18100 block of SR 527.  Firefighters evaluated four patients and transported two patients to Stevens Hospital.

At 1:56 pm firefighters responded to the 20300 block of 65th Ave SE for a technical rescue involving a person stuck in a tree approximately 30 feet off the ground.  Firefighters raised a ground ladder to the uninjured person who was then able to safely climb down.

Fire District 7 crews responded to 12 calls including five medical aid, three mutual aid, two motor vehicle collisions, one fuel spill and one service call.  At 5:43 pm firefighters responded to the 16700 block of 28th Dr SE where a motorcycle had collided with a mailbox.  Firefighters treated and transported one patient to Providence Everett Medical Center’s Colby Campus.

Fire District 7 crews responded to 11 calls including seven medical aid, two motor vehicle collisions, one fire and one mutual aid. At 5:59 pm firefighters were dispatched to an apartment fire in the 13500 block of North Creek Dr.  A grease fire had started on a stovetop in an apartment and set off the building’s fire alarm system.  The residential fire sprinkler system quickly activated in the kitchen, extinguishing the fire and confining damage to the stovetop.  Damages were estimated at $7,000.  Everyone evacuated the building when the fire alarm sounded and no injuries were reported.

August 25
Fire District 7 crews responded to 10 calls including six medical aid, one fire, one automatic fire alarm, one mutual aid and one service call. Firefighters responded to a bark fire in the 19500 block of SR 527 at 11:00 am and extinguished the fire.  The fire was likely caused by a smoldering cigarette.

At 8:41 am firefighters responded to a motor vehicle collision in the 4100 block of 148th St SE.  Firefighters evaluated two patients and transported one patient to Evergreen Hospital.  

August 16
Fire District 7 crews responded to 13 calls including 10 medical aid, two fires and one mutual aid.  Firefighters were dispatched to a residential fire in the 1000 block of 149th Pl SE at 6:15 pm.  Firefighters found a burned garbage can outside of a house with fire damage to the side of the house.  Firefighters overhauled the area and ensured the fire was completely extinguished.  The fire was believed to be caused by a discarded cigarette.

August 14
Fire District 7 crews responded to 11 calls including eight medical aid, two service calls and one fire.  At 1:38 pm firefighters responded to a small brush fire in the 12900 block of Lost Lake Road and extinguished the fire.

Firefighters were dispatched to the 12300 block of 221st St. SE for an illegal burn.  Firefighters informed the homeowner that burn barrels are illegal in Washington State and explained Fire District 7’s burning regulations.  The homeowner extinguished the fires.

Fire District 7 crews responded to 11 calls including seven medical aid, one fire, one motor vehicle collision, one automatic fire alarm and one mutual aid. At 10:54 am firefighters responded to a brush fire in the 6500 block of 180th St SE and quickly extinguished the fire.

At 3:54 pm firefighters responded to a motor vehicle crash near the intersection of SR 527 and Seattle Hill Road.  Firefighters treated and transported one patient to Evergreen Hospital.

At 9:27 pm firefighters responded to an illegal burn in the 17700 block of Broadway Avenue. Firefighters found a burn pile with yard and construction debris and household waste. Firefighters explained the burning regulations in Fire District 7 and had the responsible party extinguish the fire.

Firefighters were dispatched to the 17500 block of Valley Circle Drive for a residential fire at 2:08 pm.  Firefighters extinguished the fire which started in a garbage can on the back patio and spread to the house.  Damage is estimated at $185,000.  No injuries were reported.

July 26
Fire District 7 crews responded to 14 calls including nine medical aid, two fires, two motor vehicle collisions and one mutual aid. At 6:25 pm firefighters responded to an apartment fire in the 14100 block of North Creek Drive.  A grease fire started in a pan on the stove and spread to the wall.  Two automatic fire sprinklers in the kitchen were activated and extinguished the fire.  Damage was estimated at $8,000.  No injuries were reported.

July 25

Firefighters responded to the 15300 block of Main Street at 8:33 am where a car had struck a bicyclist.  Firefighters treated and transported one patient to Providence Everett Medical Center’s Colby Campus.

At 11:21 pm firefighters responded to the 22200 block of 95th Ave SE for a vehicle fire.  Firefighters quickly extinguished the fire, containing damage to the engine compartment.

Firefighters were dispatched to a brush fire in the 900 block of 164th St SE at 9:06 pm.  Firefighters extinguished the fire which was burning in a wooded area.  The cause of the fire is under investigation.

Firefighters responded to the intersection of 196 th St SE and SR 527 at 3:30pm where a bicyclist was hit by a car while crossing a crosswalk. Firefighters treated one patient on the scene.

July 5
Fire District 7 crews responded to 21 calls including 12 medical aid, four fires, three motor vehicle collisions, one service call and one mutual aid. Firefighters were dispatched to a structure fire in the 4000 block of 228 th St SE at 3:33 am. Firefighters arrived to find smoke and fire coming from a barn with an attached apartment. Firefighters ensured all the occupants had evacuated the building and extinguished the fire. Damage is estimated at $50,000. The cause of the fire is undetermined at this time.

July 4

At 4:44pm firefighters treated a walk-in patient at Fire Station 71 in the 6600 block of Snohomish-Cascade Dr. Firefighters treated the patient for an injury caused by fireworks and transported the patient to Providence Everett Medical Center's Pacific Campus.

Firefighters responded to a brush fire near the intersection of 180 th St. SE and 87 th Ave SE at 3:06 pm. Firefighters quickly extinguished the small fire on the shoulder of the road.

At 10:27 pm firefighters responded to the 8200 block of 180th St SE for an illegal burn.  Firefighters informed the homeowner that burn barrels are illegal in Washington State and outdoor burning is not allowed in Fire District 7.

Fire District 7 crews responded to 10 calls including seven medical aid, two fires and one mutual aid. Firefighters were dispatched to a fire in the 17100 block of Elliot Road at 9:53 pm.  Firefighters had difficulty locating the fire due to several long, unmarked driveways in the area.  Once on scene, firefighters found a utility trailer, located near a house, that was on fire.  Neighbors were able to contain the fire with garden hoses until firefighters could fully extinguish the fire.  No injuries were reported and damage was contained to the trailer.

At 8:56 pm firefighters responded to the 21600 block of West Lost Lake Road for and illegal burn.  Firefighters informed the homeowner that outdoor burning is not allowed in Fire District 7.

Firefighters arrived to find a motorhome, a truck and several motorcycles fully involved and the roof of a barn on fire. Firefighters protected other nearby exposures and extinguished the fire. Damages are estimated at $107,000.

Fire District 7 crews responded to 18 calls including nine medical aid, three mutual aid, two fires, two propane leaks, one automatic fire alarm and one carbon monoxide alarm. At 3:10pm firefighters responded to a residential fire in the 16000 block of Village Green Drive.  Firefighters extinguished a vehicle fire inside the garage and checked the house for further fire and smoke damage.  Crews ventilated the house and cleaned the area.

April 5
Fire District 7 crews responded to 10 calls including six medical aid, one illegal burn, one natural gas leak, one mutual aid and one service call. Firefighters were dispatched to the 21700 block of 49th Ave SE for an illegal burn.  Firefighters informed the homeowner of the burn ban in Fire District 7 and extinguished the fire.

April 4
Fire District 7 crews responded to 17 calls including 12 medical aid, two mutual aid, one fire, one motor vehicle collision and one hazardous materials spill. At 10:46 am firefighters responded to the 1700 block of 132nd St SE for a hazardous materials spill.  Firefighters evaluated five patients who were exposed to the substance and transported one patient to Providence Everett Medical Center’s Colby Campus.  District 7’s HazMat Team tested the area and ventilated the building.

Fire District 7 crews responded to 16 calls including eight medical aid, five mutual aid, two motor vehicle collisions and one automatic fire alarm. Firefighters responded to a two vehicle motor vehicle collision in the 3200 block of 132nd St SE and evaluated two patients. 

March 23
Fire District 7 crews responded to 20 calls including 12 medical aid, three mutual aid, two automatic fire alarms, one motor vehicle collision, one downed power line and one fuel spill. At 8:37 pm firefighters were dispatched to a motor vehicle collision in the 14100 block of SR 527 and evaluated two patients.

March 22
Fire District 7 crews responded to 15 calls including 12 medical aid, two motor vehicle collisions and one illegal burn.Firefighters responded to the 10300 block of 180th St SE for a motor vehicle crash at 1:39 am.  Firefighters extricated one patient who was then transported to Evergreen Hospital.

Fire District 7 crews responded to 14 calls including nine medical aid, two automatic fire alarms, one fire, one motor vehicle collision and one mutual aid. At 5:25 pm firefighters were dispatched to the 16600 block of SR 527 for a motor vehicle collision.  Firefighters treated and transported one patient to Providence Everett Medical Center’s Colby Campus.
